Terms and Conditions for Teacherzi Online Exam and Payment Systems

By using the Teacherzi App and participating in the Online Exam system or engaging with any associated payment services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility

• The Teacherzi Online Exam is open to students of all educational levels, from school students to those preparing for competitive exams.
• To access and participate in the Teacherzi Online Exam or payment systems, you must be registered with the Teacherzi App.

 

2. Online Exam Access and Conduct

• Compatibility: You can access the exams from compatible devices, including Android phones, laptops, and computers.
• Monitoring: All online exams will be monitored via the camera of the device. Any suspicious or unauthorized activity during the exam can result in disqualification.
• Exam Rules:
  • Carefully read and answer each question before proceeding.
  • You may mark questions for review but must answer all questions before submitting.
  • Once you submit the exam, you cannot make any changes to your answers.
  • Ensure to complete the exam within the stipulated time frame. Failure to do so will lead to automatic disqualification.
  • A demo exam is recommended before attempting the actual exam to familiarize yourself with the app.

 

3. Payment and Fees

• Exam Fees:  A  nominal entry fees  is required to participate in each exam. The payment must be completed online before you can take the exam.A fee of ₹25 per exam is applicable. This fee must be paid online before you can participate in the exam.
  • The payment must be completed using any of the supported payment methods within the Teacherzi App (e.g., debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet).
• Payment Security: All payments are processed securely using advanced encryption technology. Teacherzi does not store any sensitive payment information like card numbers or bank details.
• Non-refundable: All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment is made for the exam, it cannot be refunded.

 

4. Exam Schedule and Results

• Exam Timing: Exams are typically held on the last Sunday of every month, between 1:00 PM , unless otherwise notified.
• Syllabus: Each exam's syllabus will be posted on the Teacherzi App's noticeboard. You must review the syllabus to ensure you are prepared for the exam.
• Results: After completing the exam, results will be shared with both the student and their guardian. You can track your progress and evaluate your performance.

 

5. Rank Prizes and Scholarships

• If multiple students tie for a rank, the prize money will be split equally.
• Passing Marks: To qualify for a rank prize, students must score at least 80% of the total exam marks.
• Scholarships: Periodically, scholarships may be awarded to top-performing students based on exam results.

 

6. Payment System

• Payment Methods: Teacherzi supports multiple payment options, including:
  • Debit/Credit cards
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net banking
  • Wallet balance
  • 'Pay Later' option (if applicable)
• Payment Security: We ensure that all transactions made through the app are secure, using encryption technologies to safeguard personal and financial information.
• Transaction Failures: If a payment transaction fails, you must ensure that sufficient funds are available, and the transaction is processed again. Teacherzi will not be liable for any failed payments.
• Payment Collection by Retailers: Retailers can collect payments on behalf of businesses like Swiggy, Zomato, Cashify, etc., and earn commissions. Payment settlements will be made directly to the retailer's bank account.
• Refunds: Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions set by the app and can only be issued in the case of payment errors (e.g., double payments, system errors). All refund requests must be submitted through customer support.

 

7. Privacy and Data Security

• Teacherzi is committed to safeguarding your privacy. All personal and financial information collected during the registration, payment, and exam process will be securely stored and protected.
• You agree to allow Teacherzi to collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with the app's Privacy Policy.
• Teacherzi will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to complete your transactions or as required by law.

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Teacherzi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of the app implies your acceptance of these changes.

 

9. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Any unauthorized access or misuse of your account should be immediately reported to Teacherzi's customer support.
• Teacherzi is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access or use of your account.

 

10. Termination and Suspension

• Teacherzi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or use the app in an unauthorized manner.
• Termination of your account will result in the loss of access to the Teacherzi Online Exam and associated services.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

• Teacherzi is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may occur during the exam or payment process due to factors such as network connectivity, device malfunction, or third-party service issues.
• Teacherzi is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

 

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
